  • Therapy Using Your Own Language

    When you’re expressing your feelings, sometimes you need to use your native language to get your point across most clearly. I am fluent in French and Brazilian Portuguese; I have an intermediate understanding of Spanish; and I know basic German and Italian. Additionally, I have lived for extended periods in Brazil, Germany, and France, and thus have first-hand knowledge of their cultures, as well as their languages. In my practice, you are encouraged to express yourself in whatever way is authentic to you, and I will do the work to understand and translate.
