Life Transitions
Change is a regular part of life and, at its best, can be exciting and enlivening. But sometimes, change can be confusing, disorienting, and overwhelming–especially in our fast-paced digital age.
You may find certain life change thrust upon you, such as:
- Job loss
- Death of a loved one
- Unexpected medical diagnosis
- Breakup of a relationship or divorce
- Caring for elders
- Menopause
Or you may be taking on a new challenge or life chapter, like:
- Pursuing higher education
- Moving to a new city
- Beginning a relationship or marriage
- Making a career change
- Coming out as LGBTQ+
- Retirement
I’m here to support you in processing the transitions occurring in your life, whatever they may be.* Together, we can build the skills you need to navigate these changes, face their challenges, and come up with a plan for thriving in your next chapter.
*For those experiencing loss and death, I also offer Grief Therapy.
